Update; My question should have said; Air lubed cam. Turns out the cam is a Lycoming/Textron cam part #AS18837 that has aerolube coating on it to help prevent corrosion/pitting.
Does anyone have experience with these cams preventing or not corrosion/pitting?

On pg 9 of Piper's Airplane Flight Manual (Report No. 834, PA-18 "150") under Miscellaneous Equipment, Piper lists Primary Group 5.0 lbs, (-9). Does anyone know how to find what that Primary Group included?
