We recently bought N3484M and finally have it in our possession though the the Airspeed indicator was never modded and we are unsure of the Vfe Speed. Mainair 1000M flap installation.

Forward limit 9” aft of the leading edge
Aft Limit 18.6” aft of the leading edge.
This is a purely vertical envelope? I do not...
Does anyone have a ForeFlight plot of the PA-12 weight and balance? Does the envelope slope back like the PA-18? I currently show a vertical forward limit.
