Your math is wrong. 33 lbs more from your numbers. Lightweight performing propeller and starter are a must with any of those engines.. You could also do all those mods to the 320 to have the +-40 lbs reduction? Then you massage the 320 to have 165+hp? Would be about the same weight per hp...
