Thanks, I have passed both suggestions along. I believe that I have also found all of the publicly owned Seaplane Bases in Minnesota. There's not that many!

Haha: I already told her that if she had no luck in MN, that would definitely be the place to call! I think she should regardless as they are looking at making hanger and slip space available.
