Could anyone tell me about how much 3” extended will rase the plane. I need more clearance for the prop and would like to know how much more I would get with the 3” extended gear

I have just bought a set of wings from Javron for my experimental PA-11. I really like the workmen-ship. I am also using Stewart system. I am not ready to cover them yet but was wondering if there is any prep to the aluminum before covering?

I am assuming that in level flight the bottom cord of the wing is level? My question is- Are the wing attach points on a J-3/ PA11 on the same plane as the bottom of the wing? I also assume that the horizontal stabilizer is level in level flight?

I want to make sure I have things right so. The question I have is when the horizontal stabilizer is trimmed to neutral and the elevator centered should the wing fittings be level?
