Pb,
Can you describe what your Dad's Mouseketeer did which indicated it didn't like the mogas? Was it the engine itself or was it perhaps vapor getting into the fuel lines? Do you suppose it was...
Which makes it an 8.
What's with painting the "N" number with an 8 instead of a 0?
N258UT belongs to a Falcon 900.

Do you mean Ungava Bay? I can't find Nunavik Bay on a map.
Interesting, I wonder why they used Part 23 to certify an installation on a Part 3 airplane? It used to be any alterations to a certified airplane would use the original certification regulations....
That is about 1/3 the price and half the weight of the Whirl Wind 200G. https://www.whirlwindaviation.com/props/STOLGSeries.asp I really like my 200G and will not be changing.... But, 25 lbs. off...

You guys are reminding me of too many long forgotten memories.
Do like the others said. First use front carry through spar behind the windshield as sideways level point. Then check the dihedral. You don't have to pick up the tail for an initial investigation. ...
You mean Aeroshell 100W. Straight Aeroshell 100 is used for break in.
That should work fine. I doubt it will slow you down.
Yes, 1" x 1" And it appears to be .020"
I can try to measure it. I would make it the same as the leading edge skin. My wing uses a lot of 5052-H32. As mike mentions Univar uses .020" 2024-T3. This would be better as it's not as soft as the...
Dan, My wings are identical to yours except they only have one fuel tank. They were built by Turbine Cubs just after the Smiths sold to them. S/N 39
The extended leading edge skins have an L angle...
If I understand correctly, you are going to cut off those tapered spar caps, install a full sized rib at the tip then screw on a squared fiberglass wing tip similar to the tips in my pictures? From...
Perhaps those pilots also fly small planes so know the procedures which the small plane pilots use? Often time pilots who only fly in just one form of aviation know nothing of what the other side...
This is an extension project I did last year. https://www.supercub.org/forum/showthread.php?58010-Wing-Extensions-for-squared-wing-tips&highlight=fun+wing+tip+test

Dave, How do you justify the fuel consumption in a small turbine? Turbines love fuel and are expensive to build. The lowest fuel burn I've seen in a turbine was 20 gph in a Soloy 206.
Not hard...
Nope Mike not being picky only showing Bert where he can find the original noise reason.
I have a set of custom fit sheep skin covers in my 185. They are very comfortable. Don't remember where I got them years ago when there were a lot of ads marketing them.
This is the Type Certificate for the A-1:

Many of them are printable on an average household printer.
This sounds like a project if you have an engineer friend or have the capability yourself to do tubular truss calculations? Perhaps you could change the layout of the tubing with the result of...
