Hang gliders are still allowed off of Glacier Point with rules similar to those in 1978.
No base jumping or paragliding.
Titan's 0-340 is experimental.
They still use Falcon as their broker but it is under the USAA umbrella. I have been going that route for the last 12 years and have no complaints.
