Friend needs new springs for his C180 rudder pedals.

I think you can "teach" him to fly, but YOU do everything close to the ground.
Stalls, slow flight, turns, slips, etc... he can get the feel of it, then get an instructor to teach landing, takeoff,...
I was checking out Aero sport power and they build a 195HP O-375, anyone have any experience with these engine's?
AeroSport has an excellent reputation, but Bart (founder) has retired, & they are...
I have a bunch of RCBS stuff I don't use anymore.
Maybe just cut the back half off?
Hi Mike,
The long ones are thought to give more lift, the short ones stop the spray. :)
Flying is the second best thrill known to man.

6 bolts, disk is 1/4" thick
1 1/4" axles
Just sold my '56 PA18A without brakes. New owner needs part # for new brake calipers (disk brakes on wheels).
I dunno how to find it.
Thanks (I hope) :)
Take off, turn around & look @ your tracks.
I have a bunch of oldies, but can't figger how to send more than one.
I put the Vetterman X-over exhaust on my "Bart massaged" 0320 & picked up 150+ RPM. No heat issues.
Now it will spin 2900, Bart said that's OK but not for long.
Got mine from Aircraft Spruce. Good strong ones!
Nothing THAT interesting.
Wrong cables.
No silver? That's scary. Recover & proper finish may be in your future. :(
Nope, splicing has to be done over "structure" which stringers are not.

Stitts fabric won't stop much "noise". It won't be easy to clean either. If you shrink it, it will curl the alum. sheet.
I glued some thin naugahide to the panels, hardly any weight & looks good...
Dunno actually, I've never flown much below -20 & have almost always been warm enough. My thought was the lower pressure @ the aft fuselage would vacuum air out'a there. Skywagon says that's not...
Bart (Aerosport) built me a wide deck that puts out 175 hp burning prem. mogas. Fuel truck sells me 91 oct (marked) cheaper than regular @ the pumps.
Seal all the holes in the aft fuselage (rudder control cable exits, elevator holes, etc. Thay vacuum out the warm air.
