I'm 5'8+" and 14 Stone. I can get in and out of my Taylorcraft with seaplane doors easily. With standard doors I'd not bother. A skylight adds interior head room. Champs are nice to get in and out....

I'd build a worm bed box. Add worms and artificial bait buried in the soil and feed them. Let the live ones add scent to the artificials. Might work better.

It's unfortunate that some enterprising DER or equivalent hasn't analyzed the PA-11 and designed a 100# GW upgrade. More robust gear hardware, wing or strut mods, and fuselage ads as required.
