Looks like England
You’re welcome anytime! I have a spare bedroom.
Ahh man you should’ve swung by and said hi!
Yep I’ve been doing that. The pic was from the end of the day.
I don’t think they put it out but they endorse it-

Back working on the flap after finishing a glider Annual.

I was a little dubious of the glue but the fabric tightened up just fine when I ironed it.

Speaking of Irons. I got this...
That’s exactly what I charge. Cutting the owner of the Pawnee a break though cause I wanted to try out the Stewart System. It’s very labor intensive. If I had been doing Polyfiber today it would’ve...
Ive already talked with Marty quite a bit. I am just reviewing the system. Trying to decide if I want to use it on my Super Cub project.
Doing a Pawnee flap with a waterborne system, I’ve only been involved with one time before in the wet, cool PNW. Didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night but did watch the YouTube videos on covering a...
I am going to start on covering a flap for a Pawnee next week using the Stewart system. It’ll be my first time using the system. I’ve been doing a lot of research and talking to friends who’ve used...
Thanks Amy that’s helpful! I’ve been looking at my wings hanging on the wall trying to decide on the rebuild.
I would love to have a Champion spark plug cleaner but get by with my ATS unit. If they start building them again for a reasonable price I would buy one. I keep my eye out for a decent used one.
Safe bet is to send it to Atlee. They did my 180 engine mount a few years ago. It came back in perfect condition and reasonably priced.
I had a customers CGR30P display go blank after a couple of hours. I called EI and they said, “Oh yeah we’ve had some vendor issues. Send it in and we’ll replace it.”
I think you can do it with a HUD. ;)
Sold haha Mike!
Very nice!
1961 PA-28 yeah it looks home made to me.

Does anyone recognize this audio panel? It’s in a Cherokee I did a radio wiring harness for. I could use a wiring diagram.

There’s a reason the old timers carried a spare wooden prop around with them.
If you’re only doing one airplane I would do polyfiber with PPG. I’ve been doing it all for a while and am switching to Stewart’s.
Yep they’re compatible.
Wow that’s pretty faded for Aerothane. I don’t see anything peeling though. Clean, light sand and paint. Be careful sanding tape edges, screw heads and stitching.
Measure twice and cut once. I recently did one on a PA-12 with 18 gear.
