The gap in tail- elevator, you would not think it would make much difference but it sure did on mine... I bought the fancy gap seals for my cub , but Pawnee we used two pieces white duct tape stuck ...
If you want more stability and better load carrying, try some duct tape to seal gap in tail.....made my Pawnee fly like a different plane..... I used my Pawnee for spraying, seemed to pick tail up 4...
