Its on a PA11. The muffler and stacks I believe have about 750 hrs on them. I pulled the Muffler last year to inspect and weld up a small crack. it is leaking exhaust right at the stack / muffler...

What is the best way to seal up the exhaust where the stacks make into the muffler? I am getting leak by on both sides that is leaving exhaust streaks down the side of my Cub.

Is this something that the RAF can help with? Might be worth a call to your local liaison. They were a big help in Maine with fighting to keep a few local airfields open.

Is the STC just for the PA-18 or will it cover a PA-11 as well?

Don't assume they removed the oil screen when they put the spin on oil filter on it. Ask me how I know!!

I saw on another thread that you are back to working on your 11. I am looking forward to following your progress and curios as to what the empty weight will be as I have a stout 0-200 powered PA 11....

We just leave a snow ramp to get back up on the rollers. They do work really well. We also have a 170 at our field on straight skis that rolls up nice on these rollers.
