Ursa - that is the Dave Clark adjustable map light. There is an attachment nipple that gets glued to the headset cup. Then the light snaps on to that. The light rotates 180 degrees and has optional red,green or clear lenses. Should have one wherever Dave Clark headsets are sold. They work pretty good,keep you from having to hold a light, and move with your head.
