| Does anyone have a contact that can access origional Piper factory modification records. I have a 1956 PA18-150, s/n 18-4702 that was modified at the factory with a 24 volt electrical system. I was told it was done at the factory. The first logbook entry is for this modification and references a 337 which is not with the aircraft paperwork. I have got the records cd from the FAA and it is not there either. So the only way to find it I think would be the origional Piper copy if it can be found. I know, its been over 50 years and the aircraft is still flying without this piece of paper but I would like to find it if possible. Can anyone help? Thanks.... |

I would contact Clyde Smith. http://www.cubdoctor.com/index.html He might know about it or can locate the original paperwork. _________________ Steve Pierce
