How to Report A Spammer, Troll, etc.

Folks, people from time to time slip through the cracks and post spam on the forums, say something overly offensive or unnecessary, etc. The best way to get the moderators attention about this is to click the little "report post" icon which will alert all the moderators. Here is what it looks like (circled in red):
