Kehler Wheel Skiis-Any Info?

Does anyone have any more info on Kehler Wheel Skiis on a Cub? I just called PK Floats in Maine and they are over a year away on their approval for a US STC. They are Stc’d in Canada but not here. I don’t think I can legally sign them off under 43.13 either because they are wheel skiis not wheel replacement skiis.

More importantly are they any good? Anyone flown them?

Try getting a field approval based upon the Canadian STC.

Apparently someone has tried this but according to the fellow at PK, no luck. He says that they have a Canadian STC but not a TSO number and that gives the feds heartburn. They look like a nice ski but I’d like to find someone with firsthand knowledge.

I think a friend here in New York has them on his 180. I will check and get back to the group.
