Bella Ciao!

Going to paint an Eaton X on the top?

Paint his wing tips and rudder. Chris' L21 is invisible against the trees along the river and it is dark green. his camo paint job is gonna be real hard to see. I guess if we both would install transponders and ADSB we wouldn't have a problem. 8)

Kevin is getting nervous Tony. I hear he called Phil and asked him to cancel next year's STOL Round Up. Kevin, you just gotta shoe more horses and build more saddle trees to keep up with Tony. I hear he got some kinda top secret prop to go with those Performance STOL flaps. 8)

Pierce is right. It’d be a shame if Tony and Jason didn’t have a STOL event to take their new cubs to. A second event in Texas would sure be nice!

First flight after a sixteen month rebuild on Chris' Italian L-21B. She was getting tired of patching cracked dope and fabric, so down it went. Just like on mine, she did all the fabric, paint and upholstery, I did the other stuff. We kept this one much more original than mine, including the Italian lettering on the panels.

Congrats, can't wait to see it all together tomorrow. Tabitha sent me this picture first thing this morning of her taxiing out. I bet she didn't sleep good last night.

The North Texas Italian Alps are free of snow. And mountains, it seems. PXL_20210408_134846779~2.jpeg
