Steve Dixon is a great choice and quite frankly, when he announced his retirement I expected this appointment (in fact I joked with him about it). He will be good for all groups. He managed the integration into a single operating certificate in record time of two major carriers as well as the integration of their work forces almost immediately. He knows how to handle large bureaucracies and deal with complex labor situations. He does not allow "empire builders" and people to feather their nests. In addition he has been active as leader of the industry NextGen group and if there is anybody who can get NextGen back on track it is Steve.

How does he feel about Supercubs?

He has flown mine, and he loved it.
