Cessna Fuel Step Install

Cessna wants about $5K for their fuel step "kit", anybody put something more reasonable on a 172 or 182 that includes paperwork? (The plane is in part 141)

Mike, thanks, but I was looking for the step that goes on to the nose (for your other foot), not the one on the lift strut. Those seem to be harder to find at a reasonable price.

Cowl step. Simple part. Common on Cessnas. Atlee's site lists a PMA for 206s. Univair's lists the same part as a universal Cessna step.

that's what i posted... you're over thinking this... installed many.. think the website description is wrong... CALL ATLEE'S
