I went with the Titan. A little heavier, but really pushes the power to weight ratio.

That is a beautiful looking plane!! Glad to hear that you decided on the Legend. Unfortunately, I haven't taken the plunge yet but it is still my top choice
Having spoken with a couple of current owners I will be going with the low compression Titan as to allow auto fuel. Please keep us informed on the progress.

I did the same. Lower compression Titan. Who knows if/when the government is going to ban 100LL. Especially in California

Congratulations. Looks great. I’m sure you will be pleased with both the project and the result.

Why put the big tires on during construction? Seems like it makes it harder to work on.

They allow this guy to work under “de-plane, de-plane” while standing up...

Ah ah! Another guy jealous of those 35” Bushwheels!
Beautiful plane by the way, you’ll really like the Legend.

    Nice bird!
Those floor panels look like carbon fiber. What are you expecting for a final weight?

Nice shop. What else are you working on? Looks like a few more cubs in the back.

That’s very doable- my brother’s 2015 Super Legend weighed in
at 1020 lbs including a smoke system. I helped weigh it.
