Cad cam

For personal use I would recommend BobCad. Pretty low cost and is reasonably powerful.

Lots of other options out there too.

Solidworks
Autocad Inventor
Pro-E
Catia
Sketchup
Rhino 3D
MasterCam
SurfCam
EspritCam
GibbsCam
CamWorks
SolidCam
PowerMill
FeatureCam

Hope this helps

Jeff, you have a list of very expensive and tough to learn programs there.
The only one in reach to most of us would be Solidworks, that is if you are an EAA member.
One other option to consider, Fusion 360. For individual or small business use it is free, it also has a built in CAM program so you can draw and generate the gcode in one package.

MAC or PC? Solid works only is available for the PC based systems unless you run Windows on a MAC. I use MacCad on my Macbook; all self taught.
