Federal AWB2100

I am trying to find out what is the range of values for 1953 Federal AWB 2100s setup for a PA18. I realize that there is a range of course. These skiis were last used in the 1970s and do not have UHMW on the bottoms.

Pump included? Are the skis in good shape? Are ALL the parts present? Do they need new O-rings? Do they include bolt on brackets? Stiff leg included? Fluid reservoir for the pump? 4,000 - 9,000 depending on the above. I would prefer to buy without bottoms so I could do them the way I want.
