This morning it's 37* outside. I've seen 49 Alaskan summers and can't recall any that were as cool as June 2017. Or as gray. Warm is a jet ride away but this is prime time in AK. This year it requires a jacket!
We are descending into the new Maunder solar minimum....will hit bottom by 2025, start getting warmer around 2045...I imagine this winter will tell the tale.
