Planning on going from west central Mn. Any recommended places to stop on my way? Grass strips and less expensive grass preferred. Will probably make it a two day trip so also wondering where is the best places to over night. Or places to stay away from too.

Columbus MT would be a good over night. Pilot shack and courtesy car. 4.19 fuel. About 320 sm to 3U2 from there.
Thanks N85HY thanked for this post

I'm going to try to make Bozeman from the Twin Cities in 96FV. I have a condo in town with room to spare that week if anyone needs a place on the way. Hoping to get in Thursday and make Johnson creek Friday depending on weather.

    Lincoln Airport Super Cub Fly-in

On Sunday June 11, 2017, a group of www.supercub.org Super Cub and other type airplanes from across the nation plan to fly into Lincoln Airport as part of their annual Big Tires and Campfires Week for a joint BBQ with the Lincoln Hangar Owners and Pilots Association. While the BBQ is limited to the two groups, the public is invited to Lincoln Airport to see the unique Super Cub and other bush planes with their big tires and long props. The airport gate will be open between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM for public access. Some pilots will be camping overnight at Lincoln Airport and then visiting the businesses and attractions in Lincoln.
