Picked some Morels after work with dad. Rains and warm wx provided some good conditions. Only a few days window for these little gems. Like hunting antler sheds, a trophy is in the eye of the beholder. Nature sure has some wonderful gifts.

Oh not much to prepare these otherwise the taste is killed, a little flour I shake them in. Fry using hot pan with 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil. Just enough to cover the bottom. Season lightly with salt and pepper browning on both sides.

Same recipe here except I use only butter on low heat. Darn good!
