Well about everything we own with a roof on it, is set up here in Maine to Alaskan building code, I like 150lb to sq ft, so about double what code is here at 46 degrees, however I recently built a gazebos screenroom out of 4x4s that are 2' on center boarded in with clear hemlock that all (probably would hold a JD 350 bulldozer up there)..
Measured proud of 5/ quarter's. I got up there the other day and measured 46" of snow ??? The room is 12x12' with one 4x4 collar thru the( see photo earlier in this thread)
Middle of it, but I still decided to pull the snow off that roof, just to be sure!
Sorry you fellas are finding it so tough down in Ma.................. gosh I bet as bad as it all seams right now, there will still be a redwing blackbird or woodcock singing around here again by the first of May!! It was an absolute perfect day here yesterday, so we decided to try the Lake Trout
10 mins from here, we got 5 in the 4-7lb size, but some fellas right next to us that had been there since daylight had caught 17 when we
Left , they had one 11lber and one 12! Not bad sized trout, So winter aint all bad..............
