Before I knew what Supercub.org was.......

Several years back a few of you guys came by when I was running Green River UT airport. I had an air taxi business with a Cessna 205. You can't tell from the picture but it was a weather delay day.

I'm sure some of you will recognize your planes.

I just wanted you to know that you guys are partially responsible for me getting into Cubs. Since this picture was taken I have owned 3 PA12's! Still have 2. 1 is on floats in the summer and wheels and skis in winter. The other is torn down into project form waiting on me to get it done. Anyway thank you guys

You poor guy, these 5 guys inflicted this incurable sickness on you. You are now a lost cause, I only hope your wife comes thru ok.

I am with G44 in offering my condolences to you. First, I am waiting to see who claims to be one of those five cubdrivers.

I was trying to recall what got me into super cubs and I really can't recall what made that happen. I can say that it came into my life at a time when I really needed a boost and that buying N82667 eventually led me to this group, and this group of people have had an extremely positive effect upon my life.

That is a good story and a great photo. I am glad they happened upon you.

I think you have it right, Dean. That was my guess before I saw your post. It seems like Wilbur had 400lbs of firewood in his plane...

What's that saying about people that live in glass houses.

I can't remember life before Supercub.org. I joined before I even had my airplane. This group has been a big part of my life since 2002.

Best bunch of people--ever. And this is why they don't let us have nice new shiny things.

You guys were having a good time!

That's what it is all about.

I remember trying one of the planes on for size.
    A little tight for me.

Somebody said "What you need is PA12"

    So that's what I got!

    Love them!!!

This gives me pause to consider another thread...I am tired and have been on the run, sitting in a restaurant in Bismarck ND contemplating the meaning of life and what super cubs have to do with that...
