Is that plane considered to be "Light Sport"? If so, I believe that you need to get that information directly from Cub Crafters as they need to approve any changes. The rules for light sport are different than the rules for your 206.

Joseph 206 - DEFINATELY Go with 31 inch. The 35 inch are just way overkill. WIth 31's you can land about anyplace.
I have 160 hp - i get good speed no problems. I LOVE knowing if I get forced down in some ratty field due to bad weather I stand a good chance of not wrecking my airplane.

Then if you coat them with Rihno lining stuff they use in pick up beds like Tim A from NY did - you will find they last forever! And stay off pavement. and when you do land on pavement land near the taxiway so you don't have taxi a mile to get to the pumps.
    my 2 cents in Maine.
Oh and little wheels look whimpy too. What the heck, you spend all this money on a airplane and then look whimpy! Get some big boys tires and look cool! Almost every time I land at an airport comeone comes up and say WOW those are cool wheels - I've never seen any that big before!
