That C-172 going from Rainy Pass Alaska to Wasilla is still missing as far as I know. No news from the media. No names or even a good color scheme released.
I am kinda worried since a very good friend from Wasilla is not answering his phone for the last few days.

Just needs a 3rd item to verify which is not telling the truth

Wasilla daylight for 3/6/19> https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/@7117588 Plus add any clouds, flat light, and shielding from terrain at lower elevations and there's even less.

If you're bored and interested in the recent Boeing 737 Max have a read here of the top threads: https://www.pprune.org/rumours-news-13/

There's some posts later on that appear to have some valid points and info on control. I started on today's date 3/12 to reduce the volume.

Some were still circling in EU today looking for a friendly to land as nations banned their ops.

Why be there without at least three previous tracks to make a runway? Prop in snow a no go event. Great learning experience. Ski pole to stabilize walking?

Ski poles for skiing. The original post with the picture is gone now. No prop strike and plane is home. Picture makes it look way worse than reality.

Leighann Falley (sp?) posted that photo on instagram or Facebook the other day. Said she was the first plane on that field for 2019. It wasn’t an oops and it wasn’t a mistake, they packed it out and flew out again.
