Dana and I had a great time at Sentimental Journey! Managed to borrow a Super Cruiser for one of the fly outs and checked out the local hills by motorcycle. I did the best I could from the back of Joe's Super Cub with our one borrowed flour bomb. Hope to bring our 95hp Cub out for the pilgrimage next year! Dana was happy to see all who stopped by the Cub Club booth! Hope to see familar faces at Hartford for Cubs 2 OSH and at New Holstein!

Yep! We were in and around Bah-ha-bah (bar harbor) and Acadia. Luckily it was pre-tourist season so the town was quiet- we stubled across Northeast Harbor and have put that on the list for the place to stay next time- along with taking the Cub. It was gorgeous, and best of all, the weather was not hot!

Go to the Web site to see the award winners at Sentimental Journey, the latest newsletter, and the info on ordering T-shirts & hats. If you all don't have a T-shirt or hat, you need to get some. They are the nicest we've ever had, and are selling like hotcakes. www.sentimentaljourneyfly-in.com. This year, a female won the bomb drop...AGAIN! Go girls! Actually, it was the second bullseye we've had. Years ago, a couple of CAMP FUBAR guys put it in a 5 gallon bucket. Try to beat that. It was a guy who won the spot landing this year, we women need to practice for next year.
