    Ol Bear Dawg

Ol Bear Dawg, my partner, woke up yesterday with the blind staggers. He ain't blind but he sure staggers. I though for a while he had snuck into my Scotch stash, but I was wrong. It's still there.
He's holding his left ear low and shakes his head. I think he has a problem with his ears.
He is walking better today. He uses his tail as a trim tab, to keep from falling on his butt. Butt goes left, tail goes right. I think he'll may make a decent pilot. He figgered that trim tab thing out pretty fast.
I wonder if Dr. Papp is around? He was a big help when Ol Dawg got stomped by the moose.
I'll take him to the vet tomorrow. Hope they can fix him.

Smell his ears. Yeasty smell? Panalog drops or otimax. Your vet friend will have it. Ear cleansing first with gentle ear cleaning solution. Or take the pup to a Doc... good luck

Thanks everyone for the responses. Talked to Dr. Papp today and he put Ol Dawg on some pills. I'm sure he will be fine in a couple days. He'll be across Cooks Inlet next year just like he his for the last 17 years, keeping the bears off my sorry butt!
    Thanks Doc. Preciate it.

Ole Cat-Dog the happy ramp dawg wishes Ol Bear Dawg the very best for a speedy recovery. Glad to hear he's on the mend!

(recovering here from some mere broken ribs myself... no airplane ribs involved... reaching for a mop, that's IT, no more housework, there's better things to do!)
