I can tell you from experience that that stuff is pretty nice but still not perfect. I had my cousins strip-till fertilizer on in the fall with a 12 row rig and then plant into the strips with a 16 row planter. It was always pretty close but 12 rows and 16 rows didn't always match. When I planted with my little 8 row planter, I was always right on with two passes and I'd split the difference with the two sets of 4 rows.
I'll stick to my X,, that other deal is too complicated and requires batteries.
Soooo, then it seems this Oklahoma farmer had been experiencing some "discord" in his marital life. So he'd been up late listening to that "advice for the Love-Worn" lady on the AM talk radio. Mighta been KOMA, heck I dont know.
Anyhow, his wife walks inta' the tractor shed, where there's this John Deere with a bright orange "X" on the cab. The Okie is reading roMANtic poetry out loud. The wife asks, "what's up wit dat?" The farmer confesses to havin' been listening to 'dat show, where Dr. Laura suggested: "Say something roMANtic to a TRACTOR"
I don't make this stuff up, HECK, ya' can't make this stuff up...
