In MTVs post it appears like a downwind landing. The video seems to prove it. Also one of those "inbetween" landings.

Wow. I would have jumped out and took a bow like Mr. Franklin. I was once told what makes a good carpenter is how well you cover up the screw ups. Think that would apply here?

In order to take credit for the maneuver, you have to be the one flying/controlling the aircraft. In this case the aircraft seemed to be the one in control.

I belive you are correct. Probably had a diffucult time climbing out with his seat cushion sucked up anyway.

The runway is built up higher than the parking ramp. Either that or it has collapsed gear and the man standing in front of it has been cut in half at the belly button.
