I think you need to clarify a little. You want a Super Cub kit or you want to build a Super Cub from scratch?

I will address from scratch. Nobody really has a construction manual or "official plans" for a PA-18. There are public domain drawings on my web site for the L-21 (military PA-1 and then you should also supplement those with the Northland drawings for the newer style fuselage. It is also possible to start with a Wag Aero Cuby and modify it to be a PA-18.

Then get ready to do a lot of research and reading. It's a lot of work but I have enjoyed it. As it was said in the last Sport Aviation, you should love building almost more than flying to take on a scratch build project.
