Dang, Steve, I was beginning to wonder about you guys.

  14. #14
There is also a Cub coming from east central Kansas...Manhattan to be exact (well, a farm northwest of Manhattan)! Since it has been such a nasty, long winter, we are looking forward to a fly-in in OK.

Heck, and I keep my cub about 1/2 a mile from the Missouri river and the border to Kansas on the East side of the state. Looks like the whole state will be well represented...

Great runway with a little hump or two just for fun...

This is a wonderful location, with fantastic hosts located on the edge of an intermediate tall grass prairie and timber country (for great flying opportunities) in beautiful Eastern Oklahoma. The body of water is the Grand River between Grand Lake of the Cherokees and Hudson Lake. It will be a great time...

    Mike,
It looks like Dori and I will not be able to make it - about 90% no. I just don't have the req'd 40 hours flown off yet and doesn't look like I will in time.

We really would like to make it. Please say Hi to all - Eric, etc.

Get to flying and get that 40 hrs over with and come on up, if not get in Dori's J-3 and come on, bring you fly rod and I'll show you where the fish hang out.

After landing tell them you are parking in the SUPERCUB.ORG RESERVED PARKING/CAMPING AREA.
    Mike

    Mike,

We will give it a good try. The weather has not been cooperating very well.
