Has anyone tried to apply for a part 135 certificate in alaska recently with success?
You may find being "water boarded" a more pleasant experience than establishing a 135 Certificate from scratch.

I keep hearing people buying already excisting 135 certificates because getting one is impossible they say; but truly how hard is one to get? If its just paperwork and time and money, than it's not impossible to get one right? Thats what Lawyers are for......Can someone explain?
I have a friend who helps people set those up. He's really good at it (stainless steel knee pads). PM me if interested and I'll get you his contact info.
