Just an update, I am getting a good response to the survey but I need more input. After the survey, I will publish the (anonymous) results and we will have some discussion online about it. Thanks for your participation.

We have been getting a great and very positive response to the survey and I appreciate the 50 people who have participated so far. I'd love to have at least 50 more participate, so please take a minute and weigh in on this important issue.

Some folks have expressed some concerns in their responses, and I agree with every one of them. Most of these revolve around politics and paperwork, neither of which I have much use for.
The foremost goal is, and will always be to bring people together, not to alienate.
