Well.....it's like growing up and wanting to be a helicopter pilot......you can do one or the other but not both. You can fly or you can shoot, but it's pretty hard to fly and shoot at the same time!

Yes, you are right. We keep a 407 in the hangar at KMKJ during bad weather so I checked with a couple of guys who fly out of there. They are spraying for gypsy moth infestation. Usually there for a couple of weeks but could not find out how big of an area they cover.

I spoke with Santa as he was winging his way from Park Rapids to Lino Lakes as well as on his return flight. Low weather going down but he had a tailwind. On the way back better weather but had a headwind. Great turnout with all the little ones excited to see Santa.

Madison, IN (KIMS) has self-serve fuel that was very reasonable last year as we stopped on the way to and from New Holstein, then you could camp at Lee Bottom (64I). Lee Bottom is a great grass strip just a few miles south of Madison on the Ohio River.
