Folks a lot of suggestions have been rolling in to try to help with the fund raising. One suggestion was to hold poor old Flossie over a boiling cauldron and slowly lower her as the funds increased....
I would agree the whole bungee assembly appears to be installed backwards. It looks like they might have done it to put something else in that area based on the random hose clamp.
