No such thing as old 100LL... it's not like gasoline that turns to varsol after a time period. Sealed drum.. other than a chance of rust that you'll want to filter out, the fuel will be just fine.

There is no requirement for a radio station licence for the aircraft in Canada. Hasn't been in at least a decade.. probably closer to 15 years. You do indeed need the operators licence though.. to...

VG's go right in front of the hinge line between Stab and Elevator.
Spray nine works on some stuff as well... but I've found the best is what caused the stain in the first place.. .a rag soaked in the offending fuel.
