Best setting for GO PRO hero 3

What are the best all around settings for flying use? I have been uploading a 4:00 video to facebook and it has taken an hour so far. Its a new toy..just wondering what some others have experienced.

I just received mine a couple of weeks ago - I have not had a chance to fly with it yet, but I did take it scuba diving, check it on my YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/Cubonaut875 I had it set on 1440 with 48 fps. Seemed a little choppy with quick head movements. I think for flying I am going to try the 1080 at 60fps. Weather has been bad around here, hopefully I'll fly it end of next week.
