Do we have any data on the 83" MT verses the 1A200DFA 82/42 or the Hartzell CS on a cub.
I have found Data on the 160 horse cub and 180 horse Cessna but nothing on a cub.
The MT has always sounded really good but I am wanting to justify the expense with take off and cruise.

where do you run the lines from the rear and front ports? do you run one set of fuel lines downt eh back of the door and one set down the front? I am almost onto my fuel lines and would like to do a headerless system as well.

couple questions again as I am slow to understand this stuff.
1) If I took a stock 18 elevator and added 4" to the back of it and left the front and outboard edges alone would this still be considered balanced?
2) IF I took a stock 18 elevator and added 3" to the outboard edge in the same...
If a person just changed the stops so the bell crank had more up aileron authority would this get the aileron up enough to help in slow flight with the droop selected at full? Would it be dangerous to have more up aileron then stock for normal flight without droop. I am wondering if it would...
I am looking for more information on lowering the engine from stock for visibility. Does lowering the engine 2-4" affect tail control surfaces at all? I think I read a couple guys have done that and wouldn't mind hearing about it again if someone doesn't mind. Are there any negative side effects...

Is the angle on the engine mount changed from stock -4 degrees down angle, to the Thrustline of 0 degrees? I heard they also dropped the engine 3" on the CC. Just wondering if that is true? be interesting to know.
Thanks and good luck with...
Wayne,
are you still going to droop the ailerons with the 10' flap? You had mentioned that the aileron authority wasn't always top notch in a cross wind. Have you done anything different in regards to the aileron droop?
Thanks,
Rhett
