hey mike! dont navigate to this page often so i just noticed your message from june! sorry, the johnson creek trip went fab-u-lous! as usual had a few days of bad wx and was unable to fly but overall a memorable trip. took the family on the way out for a few days and kyle met me in portland or. and he and i stayed for about another 5 days.
the 180 did great, mine is gonna burn about 14.5 - 15.0 gal. per hr. will get about 140kts out of it @ 2400 rpm. we landed at several of the usual strips but i didnt try any of the really short ones as kyle was with me and i did not want scare him

mike, as usual we are taking the kids to the hot air balloon festival in decatur that weekend,http://alabamajubilee.net/ they still get a big kick out of those balloons! we are planning on johnson creek as well as new holstien, in the 180 of course!

Hi Mike, Just curious---hows the weather in OK. Lotsa snow and ice here. Had the old 12 out on skis about 2 weeks ago--spent 2 hours playing(10 TO&L) kinda fun. Not sure what the conditions are now ---had rain and more snow---could be dangerous on skis---may have to go see---it is +14 degees---Happy New Year---geezer Dan
