Aileron tip bow install

The aileron tip bow is smaller than the rib on the end of the aileron not sure how to make this work out. Any ideas on how you are supposed to do this would be nice. Or pictures would be nice. Javeron wing.

Looks like you got an aileron for a squared off wing. The easiest fix would be to bend up a new rib for the aileron. OR you could cut off the bottom flange, bend up an angle and rivet it on to the web. Line up your curved aileron trailing edge and fit the rib modification to it.

Rib is made up of two angles to match the profile of the outboard aileron bay rib.

Dakota Cub also sells the one piece rib.

Take the bows off and install ribs and tips.

I think the original cub round tip looks much better. Sure I know the other has more lift just my
preference. Round tip is lighter also.
