I would use ranthane too but I don't know how well it sprays in the electrostatic equipment, only one way to find out. Most paints will have a tech sheet with the chemical resistance listed, MEK should be listed if you are going to use it on a fuselage. Also make sure it's had a full 7 days to cross-link and become fully cured, there are lots of things that can make paint not cure Like old hardener or wrong ratio. But as Steve said give it a try, buy a pint and spray it on a scrap give it 7 days to cure and try some glue.
The guy that sprayed my fuselage has sand blasted and painted many over the years and is familiar with the covering process, I don't know if he has used ranthane or aero thane before in the equipment but he has had problems with some paints not working well with it, maybe a call to consolidated products could answer the question.
