Crank flange

I have an o235c1 with a L2 (trauma hawk) crank. Looks like can be changed from SAE 1 to SAE 2 flange by relocating the lugs. Am I missing something in my observation. Experimental cub.

Nope... a few had the double hole pattern in the flange.
