Starting a new project of a CubCrafter crashed fuselage for a long time project.

Want to built a strong fuselage that can hold a 200+hp motor. O-360+ + nos, O-375+

The fuselage allready has, or had:

-X-brace top and tail
-3rd seat
-extended cargo
-thicker tube top and bigger V-Brace

What small mods would be interesting for a project like this??

Safety factor is important to me.

I reinforced the motor mount aera

See the thread Building a Javron Cub. It has a list of just about all the fuselage mods. You pick what you want.

Hope it helps

Thanks Bill. Didn't saw the thread begining....

The floats worked great for me. Really dig the extra cargo aera with more than a 1000 pounds load capacity.

Oli. I would add the tube you are welding in the first photo above. The other mods already on it are enough. I'm not sure anything more is necessary.

There are o-375 powered a/c out there with nothing extra to beef them up for the power. There are O-360 and IO-360 powered ones without any extra beef up.
