Butt Hinge and Drag Strut Bushings

I just removed the butt hinge and drag strut bushings from the wing attache fittings on my wings. My parts catalog shows these parts are piper part number 80022-31.

In looking at drawing 80022 it seems that these bushings are basically polished 3/8 tubing which is reamed to .3115-.3135 inside diameter. The outside diamter is shown as .375-.379 if I read this all correctly. The 3/8 4130 tubing I have sitting in the shop right now (piper bushings were 1025 steel) all mics out to right at .375.

Do most people buy these from univair or fabricate them in the shop. I dont mind buying them but if everybody but me cuts and reams 4130 then I would feel silly buying them. Thanks for any input.
