This has me licked....Any suggestions?

I can get the easy part of this weld but the backside is killing me. Any ideas on how you guys would tig this? And of course you need to weld both sides, inside and out.

P.S. I'll bring it to NH if one of you master welders wants to take a crack at it...... My welder is very portable.

Put on a small cup, extent you tungsten, slip in a bolt for a heat sink. You don't have to fully weld it on the inside, a third of the way around the bottom (when it's on the plane) would be fine.

So I should weld the outsides completely and then the inside could be just welded where I can get to it. I was kinda wondering if that would be okay.
