Front elevator cable inspection access

One snowy night this winter, I was watching Supercubs Hardcore II. I believe it was Kirk Ellis that told the story of a broken elevator cable in flight. A strong recommendation was made to have an access to inspect this part of the cable at the front pulley. This is a high ware area that gets over looked and is hard to see from the top side. So, as I thought this was a great idea, here is my version.
